Cancellation Policy

Your Appointments are very Important to Me, It is reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. therefore, I respectfully request at least a 24 hours' notice for cancellations. The FIRST no call no show is waived, after the second occurrence you will be charged full price for services that are not canceled within 24hrs STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!! Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving proper notice I miss the opportunity to fill that spot and clients that are on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive service. -first cancellation without 24 hour noticed is waived -2nd Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount -NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
